Still don't know what happened to my tiles. Ordered tiles and did not arrive on the day specified. After chasing my order I was advised they would be delivered on another date. Waited all day for my order again and still no delivery of tiles. Have cancelled my order and will not be ordering again. Was provided with no explanation as to why my tiles never arrived.

Super quick delivery of fee samples and excellent customer advice on the telephone. Highly recommend. Thank you

This would have been 5 stars but for the shambolic delivery. Sample tile provision, and the overall order were great. Tiles when they arrived are perfect, and the Customer Service people were excellent in handling the delivery problem, and immediately refunded the delivery charge. However, the delivery company (Pall-Ex) are a disgrace. On the scheduled date the tiles did not arrive which caused me considerable inconvenience. Apparently they knew by 4:30pm that they could not deliver that day, so why did they not contact me? This is the trouble with some companies - their communications are terrible. Over the last year when I have had numerous home deliveries because of Covid this by far the worst service. If possible Tile Mountain should find another delivery company.

Tiles arrived on a pallet, well protected from damage. Product quality good as expected.Only issue is that they did not arrive on delivery day. Reason was that the transport company used for delivery sent on a large wagon and could not access my domestic address. They arrived the next day on a smaller van.

Good product at a great price. arrived a day late but tile mountain kept me informed throughout.

Ordered 3 samples tiles. 1was OK ,1 was broken in two pieces and 1 was broken in three pieces when delivered not very good.

I dramatically ordered to many tiles, due to having a bad spell of COVID I was unable to complete the work or arrange for the 25 spare boxes to be returned. In exceptional circumstances that everyone is having to deal with they offered no flexibilty in returning a line of tiles that they still have hundreds of in stock. Very poor showing when the rest of the nation is helping one another out. Policies are set by the companies and therefore can be changed by companies.I wouldn't bother ordering from this company if you need assistance.

Ordered white tiles, which were dispatched that day and reached me the next day in excellent condition. Whole process was painless, good prices on the product were offset by the delivery cost but I noted the sane in relation to several other retailers, so it seems to be to do with trading practices in this sector. I've deducted a star. On balance though, this was a great service, good quality product at a reasonable price (Inc. delivery cost) - I'd consider using them again.

Sample arrived quickly. Tiles then arrived on my chosen delivery date. Thought the delivery fee was high for a small amount of tiles but not a massive issue.

I went to tile mountain 11 Nov 2020I picked some tiles from a large display on the wall but when I tried to order they were out of stock.I made a second choice from a pull out display of about 8 tiles but they were out of stock also ... As I needed my kitchen completed before Xmas I made a third choice from a single pile of white tiles of which I could only see the top tile, they had stock so I ordered them .As we extended our garage with the kitchen we had no access to the kitchen until most of the tiles were fitted because it boarded up each night, i absolutely hate the tiles because every third tile or so has a brownish smear on it as if you have spilt something on it and not wiped it off ....Learn from my mistakes and ask to see at least 6 tiles spread on the floor before you buy , I think the salesman should of shown us the whole horrible design not just the top tile ,if he did I would never of picked them .7-1-2020I had a phone call yesterday from the manager who knows exactly the transaction I’m talking about ...the phone call was made to my husbands phone because that is the number we gave with the payment .
